Yesterday

I'm betting that when this guy was 40 and they were investigating him for Jan 6 that he was already into this. Rarely does someone jump into this at a life sentence level of activity starting at age 45.
If you are trying to flip people up the food chain as federalist society Garland said, this sort of info would seem to be strong leverage

Shouldn't they have gone through computers and phones of all these criminals looking for ties to other Jan 6 crimes and found this
