Yesterday

It's clear that to Kegsbreath's thinking, in "war" you should just be able to kill, kill, kill (and probably rape, rape, rape) with complete impunity, and his resentment over being even slightly reined in just oozes out of every pore.

He won't come out and say it, he's always couching it in language like he does here, but everyone knows what he means.
