21. He doesn't understand that war crimes are defined to protect the soldier.

Unless he's claiming that all war is supposed to be "no quarter/no surrender".

In that case, he doesn't care about what happens when his stupid "special forces wannabe" young 19 -21 year olds decide to piss off the village they're posted near by getting drunk, raping a couple young girls or shooting civilians at random and a whole platoon will get slaughtered.

The torture and killing of US mercenaries in Fallujia during Iraq II was a direct result of the war crimes they (and other US personnel) had committed against civilians.

Kegsbreath's mind is rotted with hate and fear. If you don't recognize the humanity of your opponent, your opponent is not going to respect yours.
