Delusions are always hard to overcome, but they are almost impossible when dementia is involved.

I really think Demented Donny believes foreign nations pay the tariffs no matter how many times he’s been told otherwise. Can’t snap him out of that delusion. So he will continue to think the Prime Minister decides who gets the Nobel Peace Prize, not some (in a reality which he fails to see) Nobel Committee.
