... he is a White man. Regardless of Crockett's intelligence and experience ï¿½ of which she has an abundance ï¿½ a Black woman in Texas has two strikes against her, and an uphill battle to success on any level. It is to her everlasting credit that she's made it this far, and I don't think she's one to give up. Texas, and the rest of the country, is lucky to have her in the House. We need her fearlessness, and her wit.
