Why 1996? That’s the year the project “A Clean Break” that he commissioned issued their plan.

One year later, the NeoCons published their “Project for the New American Century”. It fits in well with Netanyahu’s Clean Break (almost like it was designed to)

These have been out in the open for decades. It’s just that the MSM let us down by ignoring these plans (for whatever reasons you want to suppose — I don’t know). It’s just so frustrating.
