3. They are playacting or don't understand how government works

Not just Democracy, but government in general.

Spoiled absolutists looking for an easy scapegoat either because they're too afraid or lazy to actually do their homework and go after actual root causes for their grievance -
- or are virtue signalling for their particular organizational identity for the ego-boo or so they can position themselves better in the organizational hierarchy.

They never seem to go after the hard targets, or the real actors, do they?
