11. Looks to me like a hearing aid that got pulled out his ear too quickly

and went flying to get caught in his overly hairsprayed hair. Probably pulledout just before he walked out to the podium. He is supposedly hard of hearing and needs glasses, and refuses to wear either in public because they don't make him look manly enough.
