Either that entire field is swindlers, hucksters and charlatans or really stupid and basically pulling a Jan 6 on society’s reaources. Like every other science is defunded, underfunded, classified by now, including far more serious sciences like climate change.

I am from Kerala but I hate and despise our communist govt. I have never seen a more corrupt or sleazy govt personally and I avoid all politics here in India. My dad likes the centre. I think in this situation attacking the centre doesn’t make sense right now. I don’t know if they are directly involved..
