This goes back to my earlier "How could it possibly be a good idea for the SCOTUS to attend Trump's SOTU address" post.

A 79 year old man on social media explaining how one of the ways he intends to "punish" the Supreme Court is to refer to them in lower-case letters.

There's no label for this other than "MENTAL ILLNESS," whether it's Alzheimers, Dementia, whatever medical term is appropriate, the man is proudly parading his mental illness for all to see.
