.... the same complaints.

Both this document and the document in the OP document are contained in a long email chain with subject "NTOC names" The emails seem related to an investigation into the Alexander Brothers. It was sent to an FBI special agent in the human trafficking and child exploitation division.
The big difference between what was posted and this version - it actually contains notations on the follow up actions and results.
For instance, the item in the OP with the arrow pointing to it, about alleged "calendar girl parties" at Mar a Lago, has this annotation: No contact information provided. No DOB. (Note that a DOB would have been relevant since the complainant claimed to have been 13 at the time.)
This shows that the FBI was actively following up on these complaints to the extent possible, and that in many cases, including the one highlighted, they were anonymous and no follow up was possible.
Some of them had more interesting results, like the one above the high lighted one that references being taken to Epstein's island:
"no contact made - previous TIPS indicated Thomas had called in and said she had chemically induced amnesia and struggled with knowing what was a dream and reality. "
Understanding the difference between dreams (or nightmares) and reality seems to be a pervasive problem with these reports.
