...of us can't even imagine, not even if we're C-suite executives at Fortune 500 companies (the late Dick Cheney is a possible exception here). It's likely that all that hand bruising is from regular IV infusions of various biologics to treat multiple conditions (e.g. vascular disease, dementia onset). I doubt it's from aspirin therapy as Trump claims; I'm on aspirin therapy and don't bruise anywhere near that badly, even when I really whack my hand on something. And of course, he's very well-protected by the Secret Service (though we keep hearing embarrassing stories every now and then about hookers and blow).

For just one example, Trump's battle with Covid, to wit:

...One of Trump's buddies who was arguably in better shape than he was, died from Covid. That apparently got old Donnie "really shook", as the kids say...If it wasn't for the absolutely heroic measures Trump received--including something like 20 courses of Regeneron antibody therapy--he wouldn't have survived.

Trump did absolutely everything wrong about Covid, including concealing information (which he had obtained through intelligence briefings) about its lethality. Then when he contracted Covid through his own stupidity--probably at one of his idiotic rallies---he got absolutely heroic measures which saved his life...
