Netflix is right in the middle of trying to get WB and HBO, she has likely already been removed from the board and Ted Sarandos and Greg Peters are likely on their way to DC with their kneepads already on.
Honestly it was a silly mistake for her to say anything publicly like that to jeopardize a critical merger like that especially knowing that Netflix is, at the end of the day, a corporation and they have no morals or values or loyalty.
