(238 posts)I am from W. PA. I heard him speak in person four times-- three before and once after his stroke.
The three talks before his stroke were amazing. So inspiring. He was a man for the least of us. Very emotional.
The talk after the stroke was okay. He struggled, but still-- most of the good John was there.
Whatever it was that happened at Walter Reed when they treated him for depression-- was it that?
Whoever it is we see now is not the same person who inspired me. I truly thought I was supporting a man who could be President.
Anytime I heard Rag 'n' Bone Man sing the song "Giant" I thought of Fetterman.
It breaks my heart to see how much hate is being directed towards him, but of course, I understand. I just wish when he had to go in for treatment at Reed that he would've stepped down. But that's not going to happen.
Truly, he needs to resign. Gov. Shapiro could easily put Conor Lamb in.
