These countries are just playing along with Trump. Emphasis on playing. In three years, if Trump hasn't stroked out first, the lawsuit to reverse his illegal takeover of the US Institute of Peace building and its infrastructure will have wound its way through the courts, there will be a Democratic president, and Trump will be kicked off the Board, along with all these countries' representatives.
