It was a warning to Court members, his Supreme Court, that they better get back in line. He even mentioned their families (they're ashamed).
Trump has a gangster mindset. If he doesn't get his way, he'll lash out and threaten. IMHO, this was a shoutout to his demented supporters:
These Justices need a wake-up call.
The man is utterly depraved and starting to panic. He'll do anything.
