Everything the Roberts court has done to help the GOP and not interpret the Constitution. [View all]
Yesterday, they may have done both.
They appear to be upholding the Constitution AND throwing Republicans a life line for the 2026 mid-terms because Trump's tariffs are so unpopular. Of course Trump is too loopolitically stupid to see it and attacks the court in a toddler meltdown.
