nonstop blather. Just blur his face, mute it, put it in a little box on the corner of the screen and say "he's talking on and on, and if he actually says something relevant, we'll let you know"

Or have a chyron below him that reads "DOES ANYONE BELIEVE THIS INSANE SHIT??"
