4. Why this is so huge

This was not just a strike by SCOTUS on Tariffs. This was a major blow to TSF's legitimacy as president.

DHS is effectively shut down at this point - he can't pay his Gestapo. It is becoming increasingly likely that the Dems will retake the House even before the elections, and may end up with an overwhelming majority after November. The Senate is increasingly in play, and that will prevent him from appointing favorable judges. I figure we may see impeachment hearings that take out several key lieutenants sooner rather than later, and his support from the military is at best lukewarm (I hear there is even grumbling about Iran).

Trump has nothing without the tariffs, and the Supreme Court made it very clear that he was extremely guilty of overreach here; he can posture all he wants, but he doesn't have the means to take out SCOTUS at this point. I'm not sure what the penalties are for contempt of SCOTUS, but I suspect we're about to find out.
