7. You are correct about this administration acting with lawless impunity

But you are wrong that we are completely at their mercy, as today’s ruling shows.

While it didn’t cover all tariffs, the ruling was still a significant assertion by the court in defense of Congress’ power of the purse.

Despite acting with lawless impunity on a daily basis, this administration has been stalled, stymied or restrained numerous times over the past year.

Never forget this one absolute truth:

Trump is not omnipotent, and the states, the courts, and the people are not powerless.

Trump has much power, but, beyond the executive branch, he has very little actual control.
