28. Unfortunately, the damage to long-term trade with our trading partners has been done.

Rescinding the tariffs won't address the structural trade decisions that Canada and other countries have made to counteract these tariffs...namely restructuring and prioritizing trade deals with other other middle power countries over the next decade or so..
