Another is current member Dr. Robert Malone, who also was paid as an expert witness in vaccine litigation.

By the way, that "officials posted" link to a samhsa.gov page gives me a "403 Forbidden" reply - and my attempt to get archive.ph to get a copy of it seems to be suffering the same fate. Can anyone else access it? Or has the Trump regime taken it down, now it's mentioned in an article critical of the Trump regime making sure the public is less well informed?
