2. Both my wife and I are on a Medicare Advantage plan

from Allina/Aetna. Nothing has gone up much. We pay about $80 a month extra for the plan. I have no copays for my meds. My wife has a $6 copay for one of hers. I don't see a doctor very often, so I don't really have any additional costs so far. My wife does see doctors more than I do and gets some diagnostic tests from time to time. Her costs have not gone up either, since all are handled by the Allina healthcare network we're in.

That's how ours is, anyhow. We picked very carefully to keep our doctors, etc. No problems so far.
