and was sloooooowly being rectified under Obama to a point where we could actually visit Cuba under restrictive conditions. Then the fascists tRumplicons reversed that and are now making it worse. Even before the blockade Cuba was in big trouble with their economy and failing power grid, especially after horrific hurricane damage. Also, strong anti Cuban resistance in Florida by Cuban refugees who love them tRumplican fascists and keep them in power.
