"Cemetery" means any land or place used or dedicated for use for burial of human remains, cremation of human remains, or disposition of cremated human remains.

According to the AI thing that comes up in Google when you feed in "does Donald Trump own a New Jersey cemetery company," he doesn't currently own a cemetery company, he is planning to start one on the Bedminster property with a 284-plot main section, but the state cemetery board hasn't signed off on it yet. So, the land Ivana is buried on is not currently tax-advantaged.
