1. 2024 election denialism is just as bad as 2020 denialism

A sitting president, behind in the polls and certain to lose his bid for re-election, drops out 100 days before the November election, and his VP is substituted right before the convention.

9 million fewer voters showed up to the polls in 2024 than voted in 2020.

That’s all you need to know.

This “forensic review” especially the “forensic statistical analysis” stuff is utter nonsense - it means you don’t trust the Dem secs of state to run honest elections or detect any abnormalities. (Ask Tina Smith how things worked out for her)

If Musk is such a mastermind, then why didn’t he rig the 2025 Wisconsin Supreme Court race he invested so much of his time, money and ego in? The infrastructure would have already been in place, right?

Except it wasn’t, because there was no rigging.

2024 Election denialism does nothing to prepare us for the actual ratfuckery and shenanigans we will face this November in court rooms and elsewhere.

Go subscribe to Marc Elias’s Democracy Docket for updates on the actual, not imagined challenges Dems face in the midterms, as well as the victories in conquering those challenges.
