In 2018 he said, “Democracy isn’t the objective; liberty, peace, and prospefity[sic] are. We want the human condition to flourish. Rank democracy can thwart that."
The implication being that "rank democracy" can inhibit what only the wealthy deserve – liberty, peace, and prospefity, whatever the hell that is.
I wouldn't cross the street to piss in his face if he was on fire.
