5. Smarmy is a great word for it. While it was all insufferable, I thought her new (to me) tactic was particularly smarmy.

Wednesday

At the beginning of virtually every republican, she asked "can I respond to that". didn't matter if there was a question hanging from the Dem or not. Then she went on some rant, usually referencing her "hit list" binder to be sure she got her slander in without having to hear any follow up from the Dem (because it was technically the republican's time). I only check a few but it seemed like the time she took did not get charged to the republican.

smarmy move to get the last word in.
