Unless he does something extreme like invade Greenland, then all bets would be off, as they say.

As long as he's POTUS though, no country would risk impounding his properties. Which number 4, by the way, all golf clubs. 2 in Scotland, 1 in Ireland, and he has a stake in one the UAE, but doesn't own it outright. OTOH, someone might start court proceedings to eventually seize them, even before then

Myself, I doubt IQ47 outlives this term.

There are some other foreign ventures he's involved in but its for the licensing of the Trump brand, and/or management of the property. Some of those arrangements I imagine could be lost even before he leaves office, but I'm not sure how much he really loses money-wise were that to happen.

Also, I seriously doubt he'd ever flee to some other country, nor would the USA ever allow any international authorities to take a current or former POTUS away on criminal charges.
