Policing in a democratic society depends (directly) on transparency and personal responsibility. I think their goal is to shift policing as far away as possible from community service and toward unaccountable authority to act as the strongarm of one, and only one political party.

American citizens are not hazardous materials... the masks are not there to protect them from danger, only to protect them from the consequences of their actions.
