8. Our justice system isn't two-tiered

It is multi-tiered. A local official is proffered more "justice" than a poor man from the other side of the tracks. Likewise, even more "justice" is afforded by a statewide or regionally powerful defendant than is available to the mayor or county commissioner. The same relationship follows on the national and international levels.

Elon Musk's access to "justice" is far more extensive and solid than what is available to the mayor of Helena, Montana.
