should be disbarred. I'm a public defender and former prosecutor. This is the type of outrageous prosecutorial misconduct that gets attorneys suspended and/or disbarred. I have very little doubt that the attorney(s) that presented this to the grand jury also provided false information to the grand jury in an attempt to secure the indictment.
