1. They know what they are doing is likely illegal and do not want to be identified.

They should always be required to publically identify themselves and be held to the same standards that all law enforcement has in the US. They should also be held accountable for their actions.

No matter how much a segment of this nation hates immigrants it does not give them the right to break the law.
