But what were the Secret Service guys supposed to do, while ICE (with no authority from Italy) stepped in and did their job? Did the Secret Service guys even go with Vance?

What a stupid waste of money ... for no apparent reason.

Vance should have stayed home and watched the Olympics on TV like the rest of us.
