3. A lot of people haven't seen their birth certificate in decades

WHO has to prove that? Who asks? I don't recall if you needed it to get a driver's license, but not that I recall. A Passport? I don't remember that either, but I surely didn't require the original (which are a bit expensive to get or replace BTW. Like $35 last time I looked.

Has anyone here ever questioned someone about their birth certificate?
