His mouth looks like an anus, and the same stuff comes out of both.

I wish I could post it (don't have a functional online site to load it to.), but somebody in Europe did a portrait of The Felon entirely out of pig entrails (pity the pig!), and used the pig's anus for his mouth! It was a splendid likeness!
