Fla. My utility company borrowed $5 million to replace the inventory used to restore the grid in my area of Fla, -- lines, transformers, poles, etc., due to three hurricanes. FEMA is delaying reimbursement.

Our utility bills have gone up by 50 percent. Mine rose by about $90/mo.; my neighbor's went to $300/mo. (his wife is on 24-hr oxygen). Scott's worthless.
