reduces your risk of dementia. Those who drink the most caffeinated coffee have the lowest risk of the disease.
Apparently, this is a new "long awaited" study.
Throughout my life, I have struggled with trying to control my caffein intake. Was it all for naught?
Oh well, I currently drink 2 or 3 cups a day, so I will keep on keeping on without the guilt, I guess!
