But how many of his not-quite-rusted-on believers saw that and thought it was a travesty of human dignity and way below the acceptable standards of intelligence and respect for his predecessors an acting POTUS should be displaying?

Trump has devolved to the level of a nasty 5 year old who thinks swearing and drawing a chalk penis on the sidewalk is funny.
Shame on those who still enable and support him.
