i’m not saying this would work, i haven’t thought it thru, but…

at something like a voting site (stationary, non-mobile) what if the observers etc sat in lawn chairs…it seems to my brain it’s much harder for ICE etc to claim “obstruction” etc when it is someone already there in that spot in a damn lawn chair.

feel free to shoot this down…just imagining off the top of my head.
