Colorado Springs is a ground zero for the religious whackos. Home of amendment 2. fungus . .errrrrr. .focus on the family (aka focus on fascism). The Air Force Academy, ground zero for the reichwing religious overtaking of the military. The whole situation is so bad that there is actually a brand new book out about the infestation, titled "Jesus Springs" by William J Schultz, a truly depressing read about a city once nicknamed "Little London".

I am thankful that I live in a slightly bluer area, so I do not have to deal with the whack jobs very often. But they do present a great opportunity to sharpen my claws.
