...and interviewed Latinos that voted for Trump and with many interviews came up with that the majority that did and now were flipping on him had three things in common: came to the US and followed the law to be here legally; thought he would be better for the working class economically than a Dem and, despite all indicators, didn't really think he'd let loose the dogs to just grab anyone with the wrong last name, wrong skin color or living in the wrong neighborhood (per the goons).

I get it and I hope Dem leadership does too. While we can paint the GOP on the last item, the ICE goon squad, we need to have some serious vision on the economy. Biden was honest that the President has limited powers to affect jobs, affordability and other economic factors. But it seems pretty obvious we have to listen harder too and acknowledge loudly and often the pain of these kitchen table issues if we want to get our traditional base back and must have some concrete policy vision to help the many that are hurting.
