67. Why Do Folks Like Clarence Thomas Support This?

As despicable as that Obama post is, it reminds us that there are POC who support Trump's overtly racist regime and continue to work inside the courts, industry, policing and the military on his behalf. The precarious privileges they enjoy now are certain to be short-lived within their lifetimes but the image in their consciences must always be with them when they take a good look in the mirror and become haunted by that simian mockery. When Obama was elected President, I remember one reporter said that America had become a post-racial society. But because of Trumpism it seems we have a long way to go to achieve this.
