This is not about winning a legal argument. This must be about willing the optics war.
Notify all the national media that Clinton is coming to testify under oath, He is bringing his own camera crew and will turn ALL of that footage over to all the national media.
The media will all show up because they love a confrontation. Comer will not allow the Clinton crew in, and Clinton will then walk out in front of the national media cameras to explain what just happened:
"The American people deserve a full, transparent accounting of this Trump/Epstein scandal. Hillary and I have both agreed to testify under oath and answer all questions to the best of our ability. All that we ask is that the media and the public be able to see his testimony and make their own judgments. As you can see, Chairman Comer is refusing to allow the public to hear our testimony, so we are not going to testify. Hillary and I will make ourselves available to the media for interviews where we will answer any pertinent questions to the best of our ability. But it would be better to do this under oath in front of the Committee and the American people.
