4. Yes - they tried civil forfeiture but Ms. Brown's lawyers quashed it

Now the lawyers are going for a class-action lawsuit against TSA, because this never should have happened in a just world. Apparently it does happen, even when no laws have been broken, even when no threats have been made.

The money represented the entire life savings of her father and she was handling it responsibly. However she failed to anticipate the greedy intentions of the Chump 1.0 administration. I really wish she had taken the cash with her to Boston in a rented car, and the TSA would have never seen it.
