Edited: it's headed in the direction of Minneapolis-St. Paul.

More editing: it flew past MSP. It landed at Watertown SD at 8:10 p.m. EST, or 7:10 p.m. CST.

What's in Watertown of interest?

Editing again: Whatever it was, it wasn't enough to keep the Gulfstream there. It turned around and left Watertown at 7:49 p.m. CST, arriving at Dec Moines at 8:48 p.m. CST. There it was early Saturday morning.
