They were all laboring under the illusion that the laws of thermodynamics don't matter, but, in fact they do.

This laws of physics have a lot to do with what is and is not "green."

They Elon fanboys and fan girls, were a common presence in the E&E forum, a few still persist. If one spends enough time there one can encounter them still.
