2. There is are two chain pizza places in same building in the town where I live.

And a locally owned mini chain pizza place within 300 yards of them. Another pizza place less than half mile. But most people go to the totally locally place a few miles down the highway. It actually costs more, but is really good pizza

Have to wonder what is keeping the doors open at those bad chain pizza joints sharing a building.

Some food places are fronts for the selling of, ahem, imported substances that are stronger than beer. Just makes a person wonder what kind of oregano is in the sauce
