And solutions if one is subjected to them. Of course, these particular "ticks" are disease-laden, and may thus call for serious measures.

For starters, we should be keeping full records of video and all possible records of these subhumans for their inevitable prosecution. Their criminal actions (led by their crime-boss) will have to be adjudicated.
