7. I don't see this as being feasible for a whole bunch of reasons

There are many hundreds if not thousands of polling places in each state. Each one has different hours and is open for many days before the election.

They can cause some chaos but states should have enough time to respond and counteract any nefarious ICE tactics. But they should be on high alert because this is no longer theoretical.
